Farmwald's Dutch Bakery and Restaurant is located in Horse Cave, KY. Conveniently right off of exit 58 on I-65. We are much more than just a restaurant. Farmwald's has a unique gift shop with many items hand crafted by local Amish. Our bakery is stocked with tasty deserts, and we offer a full private banquet room for special events. We start our day at 3am making our homemade sourdough bread. While the bread is rising, we start making many different bakery items such as fried pies, cheesecakes, cookies, pies, cinnamon rolls, glazed donuts, and more.

You know you're in Amish Country when you've had a fried pie. So popular with Amish folks in our area, fried pies are like mini pies you can eat with your hands, no fork needed. Hand made in our bakery with your favorite filling and homemade dough, they are fried then sealed with a sweet vanilla-flavored glaze.
