Farmwald's Refund & Return Policy

Introduction
At Farmwald’s Restaurant, Bakery & Country Store, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Because we sell a variety of handcrafted, perishable, and specialty items, our refund and return guidelines are listed below.
In-Store Purchases
Most non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as purchased.
Perishable food items, baked goods, and health/beauty products cannot be returned or refunded for safety reasons.
Online Orders
We accept returns on non-perishable online items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and shipped back in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
We may request photos to help process your claim quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Food and baked goods
• Health, hygiene, or personal-care items
• Seasonal or clearance items
• Custom or special orders
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing after we receive the returned item.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or report a damaged item, please email us with your name, order number, and details of the issue.
